    Detail of the William R. Kenan, Jr. Charitable Trust director’s desk. Desk detail:
    the bull-nose edge detail is a distinguishing feature of all the pieces specifically designed for this building [the Kenan Center at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill];
    our stationery is for demonstration only!
  • Chapel Hill, NC
    Executive desk in mahogany with a single drawer. Designed by us for an executive’s home office;
    solid mahogany with a single, barely visible drawer across the front;
    built in 1990;
    the top is from a single board [a very difficult feature to find now as most
    large mahogany trees are being protected or reserved for their own use by the countries in which they are growing];
    the “brick” detail, taken from an 18th-century Russian dressing table, is called “rustication” and runs on all four sides.
